Sapphire Waters are giving you the chance to create, name and win your very own holiday package in Merimbula. Here's how;

1. Visit the packages page on our web site to see what packages are already there. This will give you some ideas of what we have
2. Start thinking about what YOU would like in a package if YOU where visiting Merimbula.
3. Create and name your own unique package with inclusions. eg, Fred's Fishing Package Be specific about what is included such as Dinner at Seafood Restaurant, Fishing Charter Cruise etc
4. Post your package on our Facebook page
5. During the month of March, we will be asking people to vote for the packages which they think are the best 3 entries
6. The 3 packages that receive the most amount of votes will be added to our web site. These packages will be available for anyone to book.
7. The package which receives the most bookings in a 3 month period, will be designated as the winner.
8. The person who created the winning package will receive the package themselves for FREE.

 

Terms and conditions

 

1. The standard package will include 1 nights' accommodation for 2 people in an Executive room including breakfast. All other inclusion will be as per the entry. Whilst you can include almost anything you like, bear in mind, other people will have to want to book this package so it needs to be appealing to a wide range of people.
2. The costings of the package will be determined by Sapphire Waters Motor Inn
3. We reserve the right to exclude any items, ideas or entries if we do not deem them appropriate or suitable for the competition or our customers
4. Entries can only be made by persons who are Fans of our Facebook and are on our Email list.
5. Entries can only me made via our Facebook page.
6. Limit of 1 entry per person
7. Entries and voting close on March 31 2013 at 11.59pm
8. The top 3 packages will be placed on our web site by Monday 8 April 2013 and will remain current until 30 June 2013 @ 11.59pm. The winner will be the package that receives the most bookings during this period.
9. In the event that there is a tie, the winner will be randomly selected by SWMI
10. Any decisions made by SWMI will be final and no correspondence will be entered in to
11. It is a condition of entry to this competition that you accept all the terms and conditions of the competition.
